Extension in Conservation Area

This property is situated in Lewes in East Sussex just a stone's throw from the house Ann of Cleves resided in whilst married to Henry VIII. It is not listed but is in a conservation area.

The bricks, roof tiles and the vertical tiles were all handmade and passed by the local conservationists who were present whilst the footings were excavated. Lime mortar was also used in the construction of the brickwork.
