Front and Side Extension with Terrace

This 1980’s property is situated on an old landfill site, therefore necessitating the need for piling and ground beams rather than conventional strip foundations.

It was designed by our Structural Engineers H T Partnerships of Sussex.

The end result is a rear lean-to kitchen extension with Aluminium bi-folding doors with two electrically operated Velux roof lights, two bedrooms and two new bathrooms.

There was also a redesigned front porch and side and rear decking.
