Kitchen Extension

This 1990’s property originally had a conservatory which was small and dated.

The client required more ground floor living space and a separate area for utilities.

The result was a large breakfast/dining area that was opened into the existing kitchen and a nice size utility room which was formed by taking part of the existing garage space.
