Loft Conversion

This property is situated in East Dean just outside Eastbourne. It lays in a conservation area slap bang in the middle of the Sussex Downs with views to The Belle Tout Lighthouse.

The project was very taxing for our workforce. We had to construct a temporary scaffold with a roof on to completely cover the whole property. The roof was completely stripped of all tiles and roof joists and then rebuilt from hipped ends to gable ends to create more floor space. The end result was a three-bedroom and one bathroom loft conversion with absolutely stunning views.
