This property is part of an old school situated in Herstmonceux East Sussex about a mile from Herstmonceux Castle and Observatory. The house is a Grade II listed and in a conservation area.
 

The bricks are handmade Sussex Stocks and the roof was constructed using code 5

lead rolls. The windows and doors are purpose made solid oak with double glazed units.

They were made by local craftsmen from Ouse Valley Joinery in Newhaven and fitted by one of our fully qualified carpenters.
