Loft Conversion

Our client required some additional living space for her and her young family and to also rent some rooms to foreign students.

The existing side roof was hipped, so to gain the additional space required, G3 Architects redesigned it to a gable end. This then allowed the staircase to positioned on the end wall so as not to lose to much space in the existing loft. This subsequently allowed the client to achieve a large master bedroom with dormer, one small double room and a second bathroom to the property.
